
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with 1-2 years of experience in Staff Augmentation services. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for staff augmentation services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with available resources and capabilities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT or staffing services.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and manage client expectations.
- Knowledge of staffing or recruitment processes is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
