From clinic waiting rooms to bank branches and retail returns counters, the front desk juggles walk-ins, booked appointments, phone calls and no-shows all at once — usually with a paper list and a hope. Every minute of confusion is a customer deciding whether to come back.

A live floor board for the room

A big public display calls the next ticket to the right desk and shows the wait, so the whole room knows what's happening without anyone asking.

Staff, desks & load balancing

See who's serving, available, on break or roaming, with per-person workload and utilization — so no desk is overwhelmed and none sits idle.

Analytics & two-way messaging
