2. Delivery of Virtual Services (If Applicable)
If you purchase a virtual service (e.g., consulting, onboarding, customization, or live digital sessions), delivery works as follows:
- Upon payment, you’ll receive an email with:
- A calendar booking link to schedule your session, or
- A message confirming the agreed-upon date and time
- Services are delivered via Zoom, Google Meet, or other virtual platforms, depending on the service.

All time-related communications, including scheduled virtual services, are based on GMT +5:00 by default (or your local time if specified during booking).
