Net Zero — Common Questions
How do you measure your carbon footprint?
We track Scope 1, 2, and selected Scope 3 emissions across every department and every client project. Data is logged quarterly, reviewed by our operations team, and reported to the SME Climate Hub annually.
Which emission scopes do you cover?
Operational emissions (offices, travel, equipment) and digital emissions (hosting, infrastructure, end-user device load) are both in scope. Selected Scope 3 categories — including major procurement and contractor activity — are added year by year.
Why no specific Net Zero target year?
Net Zero is a path, not a press-release date. We focus on reducing the actual number every quarter rather than committing to a headline year and back-loading the work. Targets are set in collaboration with the SME Climate Hub framework.
